Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc is seeking an experienced RN Medical Team Administrator to lead healthcare services at Waushara County Jail.
In this role, you will coordinate and deliver patient care, supervise clinical staff, manage medication administration, and ensure compliance with state and facility regulations.
You will collaborate with correctional leadership to enhance safety, oversee documentation and quality improvement, and support medical, dental, and psychiatric service delivery.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
