About This Role
This role invites energetic caregivers to step into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavior Technician in North Landing. You will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, transforming clinical treatment plans into engaging, play-based learning sessions. Your daily routine involves moving quickly, getting down on the floor to interact with clients, and teaching essential life skills ranging from social communication to motor coordination. While you facilitate these "wow" moments, you’ll also be responsible for meticulous data collection and progress tracking using digital tools. This position is a natural fit for CNAs, pediatric specialists, or nursing students looking to transition into behavioral health. The schedule primarily covers daytime hours, providing a consistent alternative to the grueling rotations often found in bedside nursing. Compensation starts between $20.00 and $24.50 per hour, with a $2.00 hourly premium for afternoon home-based sessions. Beyond the base pay, you’ll benefit from paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and a structured career ladder that includes free RBT certification and CPR training. If you are a dependable, tech-savvy professional who thrives in one-on-one environments, this role offers a stable path to specialization.
