Job Description

Saad Healthcare Service's home health program is growing rapidly, and an experienced highly motivated nurse is needed to fill the role of Nursing Supervisor. This is a full-time position in our main office in Mobile, AL. WORKING 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. NO Week End Work Required. The Nursing Supervisor coordinates, directs, and supervises patient care management in order to provide comprehensive patient care. You will be responsible for a team of multidiscipline professionals who provide patient care. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Analyzing patients’ conditions, situations, and needs, in conjunction the supervising physician Providing high-quality nursing care through supervision of on-site caregivers, case conferences, home assessments, diagnoses care plans, and team exits. Evaluating, planning for, and recommending field staffing requirements in accordance with agency requirements. Ensuring that each nurse, aide, medical social worker, and rehabilitation specialists works within guidelines of our agency Acting as mediator with patients, physicians, case managers, families, and staff You will be accountable to the Director of Nursing. You must have a current valid Registered Nurse license and have at least five years’ experience in clinical care in a health care setting, including managerial experience. Home Health or Hospice experience a Plus !!!! You must have excellent nursing skills, possess a high level of initiative, be responsible, and have good communication skills. You must also possess managerial capabilities and have the ability to work well with others. Active RN license in good standing.

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
