About This Role
This per-diem nursing role involves direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit at a Tenet Healthcare facility in Phoenix. You'll work flexible shifts as a W-2 employee within Tenet's internal contingent workforce, giving you access to preferred assignments and greater job stability than typical agency work. Days will include standard nursing duties: patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs and patient responses. Work directly with Tenet on a Travel Contract, Local Contract or PRN. With this in-house assignment you will be part of the contingent workforce pool, yet, a W-2 Tenet employee which offers you preferred contracts and higher contract security compared to Position working through an outside agency. The Wage for this Local Assignment is currently $52.50 an hour. These are positions where the wage is determined at the time of posting and can occasionally experience market fluctuations causing the actual wage to vary slightly.
