Hancock County Health System- Garner Clinic Busy outpatient practice with instant volume Join 3 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider Newborn to end of life- no OB (OB Shared Care optional!)
- NO CALL!! ER and/or Inpatient- EXTRA PAY!!! Specialists available- including general surgery, cataract surgery, vein procedures (ablation and sclerotherapy), cardiology, ENT, nephrology, OB Shared Care, ophthalmology, orthopedics, neurology, pain management, plastics, podiatry, skin cancer screening, pain, dermatology, and weight management. Lab, x-ray, ultrasound including Echo, pain management, OP geriatric psych, behavioral health therapy, sleep, MRI, CT, mammography, surgery, nuclear med, PT, RT, OT, ST and ER all on site 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic that cares for 12,000 residents of Hancock County and the surrounding area Level IV Area Trauma Care Facility Affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center MercyOne Medical Group- North Iowa Regional health system covering 14 counties, includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, 7 critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa Service area approximately 260,000 Telemedicine and teleradiology available Candidates BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible EOE/drug screen required Highly compensated with excellent benefits! $150,000 bonus package!! $301,290 base salary +production 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production Annual CME-$4,000 Health/Dental/Vision/life insurance short term/long term disability 403(b) retirement program with employer contribution and employer matching; Optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan benefits start day 1 of employment employer sponsored professional liability insurance & tail insurance coverage? - QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
