Job Description
Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this role, you’ll support residents in maintaining independence through individualized treatment plans, therapeutic activities, and functional skills training.
You’ll collaborate closely with OTs, nurses, and caregivers to deliver high-quality care, document progress, and educate residents and families.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.

What experience is expected?
