About This Role
You'll work night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on an inpatient psychiatric unit, caring for patients admitted for mental health and emotional treatment. Your days involve monitoring patient safety, administering medications, conducting assessments, and documenting care while supporting the hospital's therapeutic approach. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive appropriate treatment and maintain a secure environment for both patients and staff. This role suits nurses with an ADN and current RN licensure who are comfortable working nights and have experience in psychiatric or general nursing. Salary ranges from $47 to $55 per hour. COVID vaccination is required. This position demands strong clinical skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours when management presence is limited.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
