About This Role
This position involves providing direct nursing care to assisted living residents during evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. You'll manage patient medications, monitor health conditions, and respond to resident needs while building relationships with the people you serve and their families. The role focuses on practical, hands-on nursing work in a community-based setting rather than a hospital environment. This schedule offers consistent weekday hours with weekends off, making it suitable for candidates who prefer predictable time at home. You should be an LPN looking for stable employment in a residential care setting where you can develop ongoing connections with patients rather than rotating through different clients. A family-oriented approach to patient care and comfort working within a collaborative team environment are important for success in this role.
