Life Care Centers is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this role, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to senior residents in a collaborative, patient-first environment.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
