Job Description
HealthONE, a leading healthcare provider in Denver, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adults recovering from stroke, neurologic conditions, orthopedic and spinal surgeries, and other complex medical events that require intensive rehabilitation. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will complete thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers to help patients regain function and independence. As an Inpatient Rehab RN at HealthONE, you will administer medications and treatments safely, monitor patients for changes in condition, and provide expert support with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living using safe patient handling practices. You will play a key role in educating patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, therapy goals, and home care needs to ensure a safe and successful transition after discharge. Accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record, participation in care conferences and shift handoffs, and a strong commitment to fall prevention, skin integrity, and infection control are essential to this position. This opportunity allows you to directly impact patient outcomes while working within a culture that values excellence, compassion, and teamwork. HealthONE offers access to cutting-edge medical technology, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. RNs on our inpatient rehab unit are encouraged to pursue specialty certifications and expand their skills in rehabilitation nursing as they grow their careers.
