Based in a thriving multi-specialty clinic in Salinas, you have the flexibility to structure your schedule around a four- or five-day work week, ensuring a sustainable pace in a high-volume clinical setting. This position is ideal for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Practitioner who prioritizes work-life balance and high-level clinical autonomy. Beyond the clinical scope, the financial package is a standout feature, offering a $300,000 base salary with the ability to exceed $500,000 through production bonuses and a $50,000 sign-on incentive. You will also qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) while enjoying six weeks of annual leave to explore the nearby Pacific coastline and world-renowned golf courses. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
