Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LVN Nurse to deliver quality healthcare services in correctional facilities within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, support chronic disease management, and assist with emergency responses.
You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and facility staff to ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical protocols.

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1+ year of ER or acute-care experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
