Your daily workflow focuses on ethical ABA service delivery, designing personalized intervention plans, and mentoring local staff to ensure high-quality care. Whether you are a seasoned BCBA or a recent graduate finishing your certification, this role suits clinicians who value professional autonomy and peer collaboration. Beyond the stable salary, the position offers a significant financial upside through an uncapped monthly bonus structure and a unique Lifestyle Spending Account that reimburses you for personal wellness expenses like gym memberships or massages. You will also have access to dedicated clinical leadership and a generous stipend for continuing education, ensuring your career trajectory remains a priority as the organization expands its regional footprint.
