What the Journey Looks Like The surrogacy journey typically spans 12–18 months from matching to delivery:

- Delivery & post-journey support Compensation and Benefits for a Journey Surrogates with Nascency earn between $55,000 - $100,000+ in base compensation, paid in monthly installments once pregnancy is confirmed - plus up to $10,000 in additional benefits, including:
- Monthly personal allowance

- Be between 21–40 years old
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy with no major complications
- Be a U.S. resident in a surrogacy-friendly state

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
