This day-shift float pool position in LaGrange offers a dynamic environment for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants who thrive on variety. Operating within a high-volume hospital setting, you will serve as a versatile Care Partner, floating between units to deliver essential bedside support. Working under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses, you will act as a vital link between the medical team and the families you serve, ensuring every individual receives dignified care during their recovery.
