Job Description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
You’ll deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute setting, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
