Practicing at this multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Salinas puts you at the center of Monterey County’s coastal landscape. As a key member of a three-provider Rheumatology department, you will manage a specialized patient panel within a structured four-day work week. Your daily responsibilities focus on chronic disease management and diagnostic consultations, with the option to incorporate inpatient rounds if you prefer a more diverse clinical environment. Because there are no on-call requirements, your evenings and weekends remain completely your own. Experienced Registered Nurses or Advanced Practice Nurses with a background in internal medicine or autoimmune disorders will find this role particularly rewarding. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
