Registered Nurse Med Surg

HealthONE is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.

As a Med Surg RN, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, using cutting-edge medical technology available across our Denver facilities.

You will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments safely, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating closely with physicians, specialists, and the broader interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, superior patient care.

This role involves frequent patient and family education, discharge planning, and clear documentation within the electronic health record to support continuity and quality of care.

You will play a key role in maintaining patient safety, following infection prevention and hospital protocols, responding effectively to changes in patient status, and participating in rapid response or code events when needed.
