Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate LPN or RN to provide direct patient care in correctional facilities.
In this role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, assist with chronic disease management, respond to emergencies, and document care in accordance with state regulations.
You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, mental health, and dental providers to deliver comprehensive, dignified care to incarcerated individuals.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
