About This Role

This staff position in Honolulu places you at the center of a specialized pediatric surgical team within a 250-bed Level III trauma center. You will split your week between three clinic days and one-and-a-half days in the operating room, managing a diverse caseload that spans the full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngology. Working alongside another pediatric specialist and a larger adult ENT group, you will provide care backed by a comprehensive network of over 25 subspecialties. This role is tailored for a surgeon who values professional autonomy and the chance to mentor residents and medical students without the burden of in-house call. Experienced Pediatric ENT physicians will find this an ideal environment to command a complex practice while maintaining a balanced lifestyle in a tropical metropolitan hub. The compensation structure is particularly aggressive, offering a $100,000 sign-on package and income potential reaching the 90th percentile of MGMA standards. Beyond the financial incentives, the location offers immediate access to world-class hiking, surfing, and international travel links, making it a premier destination for a specialist looking to merge a high-volume clinical practice with an unparalleled island lifestyle.
