TriStar Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.
In this full-time role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
