Job Description

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to support our hospital, clinic, and long-term care partners in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our extended care team, you will provide hands-on nursing care in a variety of healthcare settings while representing a specialized healthcare staffing agency dedicated to integrity, responsiveness, and quality outcomes. In this role, you will complete comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, recognize and respond to changes in condition, and communicate critical information to providers and interdisciplinary team members. You will administer medications and treatments safely, follow facility protocols and evidence-based standards, and ensure all interventions are documented accurately and promptly in the Electronic Medical Record. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote safety, comfort, and recovery. Patient and family education will be an important part of your work, including teaching about diagnoses, medications, follow-up care, and health management to support successful discharges and continuity of care. You will play a key role in discharge planning and care coordination, helping to ensure that patients and caregivers understand their next steps and have appropriate resources in place. Throughout each assignment, you will uphold strict infection prevention, safety, and quality standards, following both regulatory requirements and facility policies. As a Registered Nurse with Premiere Healthcare Staffing, you will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential. You will adapt to different units, workflows, and teams while maintaining consistent, patient-centered care. You will be supported by a responsive staffing team that values collaboration, transparency, and long-term relationships with both clinicians and client organizations. This opportunity allows you to broaden your clinical experience, build meaningful professional connections, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes across multiple care settings. Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. You will join a service-oriented culture built on integrity and mutual respect, with a focus on supporting you so that you can focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, compassionate care to every patient you serve.
