In late 2021, a second location of Continuing Care Hospital opened in the Texas Medical Center with an additional 20 operating beds and plans to grow this location. The Continuing Care Hospital provides specialized inpatient care for those patients requiring a longer hospital stay. As a Long Term Acute Care facility, Continuing Care Hospital specializes in ventilator weaning, post-transplant care and many other highly-skilled clinical techniques. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
