Job Description

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a dedicated LVN Nurse to deliver compassionate medical care within correctional facilities.

In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, assist with chronic disease management, support providers with exams and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, infection control, and quality outcomes for incarcerated individuals.
