Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable ABA Paraprofessionals (RBTs/Behavior Technicians) to provide 1:1 support to children in school, home, and community settings. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, behavior regulation, and daily living skills Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA Assist with classroom routines or home-based programming, depending on placement Collect and record accurate data on client progress using RethinkBH Maintain professionalism when communicating with families, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Spanish Speaking is a plus, required for certain cases Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred RBT certification (preferred, but not required—training may be provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, and able to follow structured plans Ability to work independently while receiving supervision

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1–2+ years of ICU/critical care experience.
BLS and ACLS required. CCRN preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
