Job Description

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

In this role, you will provide resident-centered nursing care, complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, uphold regulatory standards, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

License Required

Active RN license in good standing.

Experience

1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.

Certifications

BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
