Job Description
Registered Nurse – Horizons Care Center Horizons Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered care. In this role, you’ll perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document accurately in the EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to support short‑term rehab and long‑term care residents, promoting safety, dignity, and quality of life. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
