About This Role
As a Customer Service Operations Representative at Curri, you'll manage the delivery process from initial booking through completion, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with drivers and customers to keep shipments on track. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and quick decision-making are essential. This is a staff position based in North Landing, CA, ideal for someone who enjoys direct customer interaction and wants to understand how operations work from the ground up. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
