Serving as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
