About This Role
Operating away from the traditional clinical floor, this full-time, year-round position is situated within the Food and Beverage department of a premier Colorado mountain resort. You will act as a central administrative anchor for senior directors and restaurant managers, pivoting between financial tracking, payroll coordination, and meticulous record-keeping. The daily workload involves managing capital project forecasts, navigating procurement systems for non-food supplies, and ensuring all state liquor licensing remains current. Beyond the spreadsheets, you will serve as a vital link for incoming staff by managing international onboarding documentation, overseeing employee housing allocations, and coordinating the hiring pipeline to ensure the mountain's dining operations are fully staffed and compliant. This role is a perfect match for a detail-oriented professional with a healthcare administration or nursing leadership background—such as a Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager—who excels at high-level organization and data integrity. It offers a unique transition for those looking to apply their regulatory and personnel management skills in a high-altitude, hospitality-focused setting. Compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $23.22 to $35.35 per hour, and comes with an unrivaled perks package featuring a free Epic pass, ski lessons, and significant discounts on mountain lodging and gear.
