Job Description
At HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Charge Clin Coordinator for our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
This vital role is focused on managing patient care and ensuring the highest standards of safety and effectiveness in our cardiac care department.
As part of our team, you'll work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be crucial in overseeing the PCU staff and coordinating comprehensive patient care.
You will be instrumental in implementing patient care plans while providing leadership and expertise in acute care nursing, directly contributing to the patient's recovery journey and upholding the standards of excellence HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is known for.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
