The Registered Nurse is the frontline representative of the patient care team often serving as the intermediary between the patient and family, the provider(s), and other care team members. This role is expected to: participate in performance improvement initiatives; Patient Care and Care Coordination: the care plan and takes appropriate actions to promote the patients short/long-term outcomes and wellbeing. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
