About This Role
This unique role allows experienced mothers to act as gestational carriers for families unable to conceive on their own. Unlike traditional nursing shifts, this position involves a long-term commitment to a healthy pregnancy where you carry an embryo that is not genetically related to you. You will navigate a clinical journey supported by a dedicated medical and psychological team, ensuring all health milestones are met from implantation through delivery. This role is an excellent fit for RNs, LPNs, or healthcare professionals aged 21 to 39 who have already experienced at least one successful, uncomplicated pregnancy and maintain a healthy BMI. It requires a high level of physical and emotional resilience, as well as the ability to pass rigorous medical screenings and background checks. Compensated at upwards of $70,000, this path offers a significant financial reward alongside a comprehensive benefits package that covers every medical expense and insurance cost incurred during the process. If you possess a deep sense of empathy and a desire to facilitate the gift of parenthood, this Arkansas-based arrangement provides a structured, fully supported environment to do so.
