Job Description
Valle Verde, a HumanGood community in Santa Barbara, is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse RN to lead resident-centered care in our vibrant senior living setting.
In this full-time role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate clinical care, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting wellness and dignity for every resident.
Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and close collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
