Job Description
A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to its care team. The role is based in a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region.
- Outpatient Only, M-F.
- Practice has a focus on longitudinal care for patients with complex medical needs.
- Providers work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or House call setting is preferred but not required.
