As a CNA with our company, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care possible.

Daily Responsibilities: Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Assist with toileting, bathing, and grooming Help patients with ambulation and mobility Perform range of motion exercises Assist with light housekeeping Visit documentation in the EMR Required Skills: Experience in activities of daily living Knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia care Ability to provide end of life care with compassion Skilled in meal preparation and laundry Strong care planning and skilled nursing abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience in private duty care Knowledge of disease management Memory care expertise Familiar with HCHB EMR system Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification Specialization in dementia care Salary and
