About This Role
You'll work as an ICU Registered Nurse delivering direct patient care in a hospital critical care unit. Your days involve bedside assessments of acutely ill patients, managing ventilators and IV medications, monitoring vital signs and hemodynamic data, and responding quickly to patient changes. You'll document care in electronic health records, maintain infection control standards, and communicate with physicians and care teams during rounds and emergencies. This role suits experienced RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments, handle complex cases independently, and stay composed under pressure. You need strong clinical skills, the ability to prioritize multiple patients, and commitment to patient safety and family communication.
