About This Role
This is a full-time staff nursing position at a medical-surgical unit working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with every other weekend required. You'll deliver direct patient care, manage medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support recovery and manage post-operative patients. The role pays $46-70 per hour plus a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 depending on your experience level. Provides high quality professional nursing services in a medical and surgical environment. Maintains knowledge of the nursing process and the path physiology disease. Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process and utilizes it in assessment of path physiology disease. Develops a plan of care based on assessments of patient problems with appropriate interventions. All patients assigned to RN have a plan of care based on assessments and interventions are appropriate.
