Job Description
Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in a correctional facility environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to inmates, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of inmate patient care.
You will work closely with a team of medical practitioners and staff under the guidance of registered nurses and doctors, ensuring all healthcare standards are met.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
