How you’ll make an impact in this role Drive patient outcomes by skillfully implementing and continuously monitoring personalized care plans. Serve as a vital communicator by accurately monitoring, documenting, and conveying changes in patient condition to the care team. Lead the coordination of care across multidisciplinary teams, acting as the central anchor to ensure a seamless and holistic patient experience. Execute medical orders from physicians and other providers promptly and precisely. Champion the transition home by proactively assessing discharge needs and coordinating necessary resources for a successful recovery after leaving our facility. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. Requirements
Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
