Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality resident care, administer and manage medications, and support care plans in collaboration with our clinical team. You’ll supervise and guide care staff,

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
