Work Shift Night (United States of America) Job Summary: As an RN Clinical Nurse , you will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. You will work in a supportive clinical environment guided by Nurse Managers and the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. Your expertise will be rooted in the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, ensuring that you uphold the highest standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Exemplary Practice and Outcomes Utilize the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized care based on evidence-based practices. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and adapts to individual needs. Engage with patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and involved in their care plans. Adhere to current clinical practice standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Teamwork and Collaboration Coordinate safe, quality patient care through effective interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation. Foster a respectful and inclusive clinical environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance at all levels. Professional Development and Initiative Complete all required professional competency assessments and ongoing education. Serve as a mentor for fellow nurses and staff, helping to cultivate a qualified workforce. Evidence-Based Practice and Research Promote evidence-based practices and participate in nursing research to enhance patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, legal standards, and accreditation requirements. Engage in data collection and consult experts to address clinical practice questions. Resources and Support Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum while delivering direct care. Collaborate with care managers to develop protocols that achieve best practice outcomes. Support the efficient use of resources while performing other duties as assigned. Required Minimum Education: Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred. Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or equivalent. BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent. RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state Compact). NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program or equivalent. Required Minimum

Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred. Required Minimum Skills: Proficient in English, with basic computer skills and the ability to utilize technology in clinical care. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
