Southern Health Partners is hiring a full-time nurse to provide direct patient care in a structured correctional setting. This position is hands on and autonomous. You will be the on-site nurse during your shift, delivering care, making clinical decisions, and keeping the day running smoothly. No large team to supervise. No administrative juggling. Just focused nursing care where your skills truly matter. What You Will Do: Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment Respond to sick call requests and evaluate patient concerns Monitor chronic conditions and follow established treatment plans Communicate with providers for orders and updates as needed Maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing standards and facility guidelines Serve as the on-site clinical resource during your shift

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
