Job Description

UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a talented and dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our well-established and collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN to include clinic and labor delivery care in a supportive environment, alongside two experienced physicians, four midwives, and two advanced practice providers. Position Highlights

Schedule: 3 clinic days per week, 1 day of Labor and Delivery/Postpartum call plus 0.5-1 day dedicated to surgery. Call

Schedule: 1 day per week with midwives covering most first calls during the week. Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive procedures. Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates. Compensation and Benefits Base

Salary: $405K plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.

Sign-On

Bonus: $20,000. Quality

Bonus: Additional earning potential for meeting quality benchmarks. Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to ease your transition.
