About This Role
Based in the scenic Verde Valley, this staff position offers a clinical mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology across offices in Sedona and Cottonwood. As a board-eligible or board-certified physician, you will manage a diverse patient panel ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, addressing a high local incidence of skin cancer. The day-to-day workflow is supported by internal Mohs technicians and a private dermatopathology lab, with the professional freedom to interpret your own slides or perform Mohs surgery if certified. This role is ideal for a dermatologist who values autonomy and wants to escape the constraints of private equity, as the practice follows a physician-owned partnership model. Candidates can choose between a part-time schedule or a four-day full-time work week, allowing ample time to explore the surrounding red rocks and wine country. For those focused on financial growth, the position provides a clear path to early partnership and the potential to reach the 95th to 99th percentile of MGMA compensation benchmarks. If you are seeking a stable, well-established practice with a comprehensive benefits package and zero administrative interference, this Arizona-based role delivers both professional prestige and a high quality of life.
