Job Description

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stamford Hospital is seeking a full-time board-certified OB/GYN Associate Medical Director to lead our "Oula provided by Stamford Health" midwifery-integrated OB/GYN practice . The new OB/GYN Associate Medical Director will lead a collaborative team of certified nurse midwives in a model that values partnership, respect, and innovation. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with meaningful leadership-mentoring midwives, guiding best practices, and championing a patient-centered approach that empowers women and families. Stamford is less than an hour to NYC and LaGuardia International Airport. Highlights: M - F, 8am to 5pm 2.5 days at Stamford Hospital and 2 days in our beautiful new outpatient Norwalk Office NO CALL DUTIES . NO WEEKENDS . Calls are covered by midwives and hospitalists Perform scheduled procedures Teach residents.
