Job Description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Part-Time LPN to deliver quality nursing care within correctional facilities.
In this role, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, provide treatments, and support chronic care management while ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations.
You will document care in EMR systems, respond to sick calls and urgent needs, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and custody staff.

Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
6+ months of clinical experience preferred.
BLS required. IV certification a plus.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
