Capstone Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled OR RN (Registered Nurse) in Cleveland, OH to join our network of healthcare professionals serving hospitals and medical centers in the area.

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader clinical team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, verify surgical consents, prepare patients and operating rooms for procedures, manage sterile technique, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately in electronic health records.

You will circulate and/or scrub as needed, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, maintain strict infection control and safety standards, and respond quickly to changes in patient status.

Collaboration and clear communication are essential as you coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, support patients and families with education and reassurance, and contribute to discharge planning and post-operative instructions.
