About This Role
This nocturnal position offers registered nurses the chance to work in an intermediate intensive care nursery setting, caring for critically ill newborns and infants who require close monitoring and specialized treatment. You'll perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver hands-on nursing under the direction of the department's leadership team. Night shift work suits nurses who thrive in quieter environments and prefer evening or overnight schedules. Success in this role demands clinical competence with high-acuity pediatric patients, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your care team. This is ideal for experienced nurses or those looking to specialize in neonatal critical care who are comfortable working independently during night hours while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
