You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include: Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with team members in patient care Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards Documenting care according to standards of care Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care Developing and executing individualized patient care plans Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance Providing clinical expertise and guidance to other units Utilizing critical thinking for patient safety and experience Engaging in professional nursing activities and peer review processes
Requirements for this position include

Requirements
Active RN license required.
1+ year of ER or acute-care experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
